This listing is for Tutu skirt .The picture shows size18-24 month .Waist 20" and lenght short 8" The tutu is assemble in a strechable crochet band.I have added a black satin ribbon to tie a bow. Material is high quality tulle .
I have added a head band for the tutu. Please Note, I will do my best to match the exact hair band for every order.
If you need to to make specific sizes. Please follow the chart.

I will send the tutu in box so it wont crunch. How care instructions will be provided.
